Decon Unit Responds To Assist Salisbury

1 Car Overturned On Westbound Ocean Gateway
Just East of Hobbs Road
At 1411 hours, the tones went out for Station 6 and Rescue 16 (Salisbury) to respond to a motor vehicle collision on Westbound 50 just East of Hobbs. Personnel found 1 car off the road and overturned with the occupant trapped inside. Quick work was made to free the patient and the patient was packaged and transported to PRMC in Salisbury.
Pittsville Hosts East Side Companies For A

On Old Ocean City Road
At about 1130 pm, Stations 6 & 7 were alerted for a MVC with Rescue in the area of 32580 Old Ocean City Road in Parsonsburg. Command 6 arrived to find 1 car off the road that had struck a tree. Hay Bales on Fire On
Dagsboro Rd Near Zion Rd
The driver of a pickup pulling a trailer loaded with hay bales quickly pulled off the road when he realized that the bales were on fire. He was able to unload them on the side of the road to prevent extension to his vehicle and trailer.
