Sends One To Hospital
Just before 7 this morning, Station 6 and Station 7 (Pittsville) were alerted for a Motor Vehicle Collision with Entrapment on Mt. Hermon Rd. in the area of Berry Rd. Forest Grove Road
This house was used previously for search & rescue and ventilation training prior to being burned. Due to the condition of the structure, no live fire training was done. Tonight's drill enabled a couple of new engineers to work with the apparatus.

Parsonsburg Provides Cover Up
For Suddlersville, During Loss of Fire Chief
Parsonsburg Station 6, Provided Coverage for Station 6 Suddlersville, during the loss of their Fire Chief.

Rescue / Engine 6- Under the direction of Captain Whittington stood by from mid-night til 6am along with other departments from Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Special Ops.
Training @ St. 6
This month’s Special Ops. training was a basic review of the department’s Special Ops. trailer. After the equipment and apparatus review, the Perdue Safety Trailer was on hand and we ran several Confined Space Evolutions.

Vehicle Fire On
Jones Hastings ROad
Station 6 was alerted for a vehicle fire on Jones Hastings Road. 618 (Capt. L. Tyler) arrived on scene POV and confirmed a working fire. Rescue Engine 604 (622 Lt. Willey) arrived and began extinguishment. Tanker 608 was also on scene to supply the Rescue Engine if needed.

Working Chicken House Fire
Mt. Hermon Road - Parsonsburg
At 2309 hrs, Stations 6, 7 (Pittsville), & 11 (Powellville) were alerted for a chicken house fire on Mt. Hermon Rd. in the area of Forest Grove Rd. As units were enroute, 619 (Captain Foreman) arrived on scene POV and confirmed a working fire. Command 6 arrived and 617 (A/C Tyler) established command and advised units to operate defensively.
